Guide
Job seekers read fast and distrust vague text. The opening's mini site should answer what a person needs to know before applying.
Start with the real job title and the city or format, for example "Bakery counter assistant, morning shift, Leeds". Then use the List tool for the essentials: schedule, contract type and location. Avoid inflated titles like "amazing opportunity". If you will not publish the salary, say it will be discussed in the conversation, so people do not waste time guessing.
Use one Text for the day-to-day tasks and another for the requirements, making clear what is mandatory and what is only a bonus. Many people rule themselves out when the list is too long. If the role accepts beginners, say so. Add a sentence about the accessibility of the workplace or the selection process, if it is true, without promising what does not exist.
A Gallery with real photos of the workplace and the team says more than a paragraph about culture. Add the Address with map, so candidates can judge the commute, and the opening Hours. If you have a PDF with the full job description, offer it in the File download tool, up to 20 MB, for people who want to read it calmly.
In the Form, ask for name, contact, city and one or two things tied to the role, such as "Are you available on Saturdays?". The answers arrive in Configure. Ask for a link to their professional profile if it makes sense, and offer the WhatsApp button for questions. Reply to everyone, including those who did not move forward: it weighs most on your company's image.
Best practices
Job seekers read fast, compare several openings in one day and distrust vague text.
Use the job title the market uses, not your internal one.
A minisitee mini site does not need to show salary, and many employers prefer to discuss it in conversation. If that is you, do not leave candidates guessing: write "pay shared in the first conversation, in line with the role" and list real benefits (meal allowance, transport, health plan) without inventing figures.
Use two lists.
Describe the job by the work, not by the profile of the person. Avoid age, gender, marital status, "good appearance" and photos of an ideal candidate; such demands can amount to discrimination and push away qualified people.
A Gallery with 3 to 6 real photos of the team at work, the break room and the entrance says more than a paragraph about culture. Get permission from everyone who appears.
A numbered List with 4 steps reduces anxiety: application, first conversation, team conversation or practical test, feedback.
The Form accepts up to 20 fields and does not take file attachments, so do not ask for a PDF resume.
Candidate data arrives in Configure; use it only for this hiring, keep it for a reasonable time and delete it when done, saying so in the closing message. When the role is filled, change the title to "Position closed" or take the mini site down: nothing pushes candidates away more than applying to a role that is gone. minisitee does not send mass emails, so reply by WhatsApp or individual email.

Ask what decides the role: schedule availability, city and one question about the required experience. The form takes up to 20 questions, but a few objective ones usually get better answers.
