    They open your link

From your Instagram bio or WhatsApp, and see your portfolio and services.

  2. 2

They pick a day and time

Only free slots are shown. They fill in name, email and WhatsApp and request the appointment.

  3. 3

    You confirm in Configure

And the client tells you in the form which service she wants and whether she is allergic to any product.

Guide

A mini site for brow and lash artists: build guide

Brow and lash clients compare results, care and safety before they book. Your mini site can cover all of it so you stop retyping the same explanation in DMs.

Name services without hiding what each one is

"Henna brows", "Brow lamination", "Russian volume", "Classic lashes": each name needs a short line behind it. On the Product or Service card, say what she walks out with (bolder look, natural effect) and roughly how long a refill lasts. For lashes, keep a new set and a refill apart, since time and price differ.

Portfolio: close-ups, natural light, no heavy filter

In the Gallery, what sells is the close view, front and side, showing symmetry and finish. Before and after photos work as long as the client agrees to them. Keep the lighting the same so nobody suspects editing. If you have a short video of an application, drop it into the Video tool.

Ask what matters before she arrives

With the Form, up to 20 questions, you gather what usually comes out too late: glue or henna allergy, contact lenses, pregnancy, recent eye procedures. Answers land in Configure. It does not replace your in-person assessment or your professional board's guidelines, but it saves time and avoids surprises.

A realistic Schedule and a care message

Set the Schedule around your longest service and say in the description how much time to reserve. Use the Text tool for aftercare ("keep dry for 24 hours", "avoid steam"), or attach a PDF of instructions with File download.

Best practices

Best practices for a brow and lash mini site

Brow and lash work happens close to the eyes, and clients know it.

Client's word × technique's name

The client searches “lash extensions” or “henna brows”; the artist works in classic, hybrid, Russian volume, mega volume, lash lift, brow lamination.

  • Classic set — natural effect, 1 extension per natural lash
  • Russian volume — fine fans, a fuller look
  • Refill — from $55, note: 1 h 15
  • Henna brows — note: 50 min; brow lamination — note: 1 h

Agenda for long services

A lash set usually takes 1 h 30 to 2 h 30 and the Agenda accepts slots of 15 to 120 minutes.

  • Slot length: 120 minutes (refills can be 60 or 90)
  • Minimum notice: 12 hours
  • Days ahead: 30
  • Reschedule in “My bookings”, with the code sent by email

Pre-appointment intake form

The Form takes up to 20 fields, and an eye-health intake fits in it.

  • Had extensions before? (single choice: yes, no)
  • Allergic to adhesive, henna or medical tape? (single choice plus short text)
  • Wear contact lenses? (single choice)
  • Pregnant or nursing? Recent eye procedure? (single choice)
  • Service wanted (multiple choice) and preferred date

Portfolio: close up, same light, no filter

Shoot the eye from the front, from the side and with the client looking down, to show curl and mapping.

  • 6 to 8 lash photos, one per technique offered
  • 6 to 8 brow photos, before and after when allowed
  • 1 photo of the bed and the room, showing hygiene
  • Short application video in the Video tool

Aftercare and maintenance in FAQ

Clients ask the same things, and clear answers prevent rework.

  • First 24 hours: avoid water and steam
  • Refills: generally between 2 and 3 weeks
  • Sleeping on your side? Brushing and cleaning tips
  • If it itches or irritates: stop and tell you

Order, social proof and ethics

The free plan shows the first 3 tools: put Product or Service, Agenda and Form in that order (or WhatsApp in place of the Form if you prefer to talk first).

  • Bio (160 max): “Brow design and lash extensions. By appointment, disposable materials and an intake form.”
  • WhatsApp message: “Hi! I want Russian volume. I wear lenses, is that OK?”

How to measure and what to review

In Configure, see how many booking requests arrive each week and how many forms are complete. If forms arrive with blanks, make the key fields mandatory, such as allergies and lenses.

FAQ

Questions from brow and lash artists

Can clients book a slot on their own?

Yes. With the Booking calendar tool, they pick a day and a free slot and request the booking. You confirm in Configure.

How do I keep new lash sets and refills separate?

Make a Product or Service card for each, with the price and average time in the description. In the Schedule, set the slot length to match your longest appointment.

Can I show my portfolio?

Yes. The Gallery holds photos of your work, and the Product or Service tool shows each service with a photo, description and optional price.

Can I ask about allergies before the appointment?

Yes. With the Form you create up to 20 questions, such as service wanted and allergies, and the answers arrive in Configure.

I only use Instagram. Is a website worth it?

Yes. Put the link in your bio and clients see services, photos and free slots in one place, without having to message you in DMs.

Can I share before and after care instructions?

Yes. Write them in the Text tool or in the FAQ, or attach a PDF up to 20 MB with File download so the client can keep it.
