How do I receive booking requests?

With the Form tool you ask for the date, guest count and type of event, and the request arrives in the dashboard with the customer's contact.

Does minisitee track booked dates?

No. The request comes to you so you can check your calendar and confirm with the customer. minisitee's Booking calendar is designed for short slots, up to 2 hours.

How many photos of the venue can I show?

Up to 20 per gallery. You can create more than one, for example one for the hall and another for the outdoor area.

Can I offer the contract as a download?

Yes. The File download tool accepts PDFs of up to 20 MB.

Can guests find their way through the site?

Yes. The Address with map opens directions in one tap, and you can send the link along with the invitation.

Do I need to buy a domain?

No. Your address is minisitee.com/yourvenue and it works as soon as you create your account.
