Day to day

Fewer loose messages, better briefed projects

Sending photos of past work, explaining how you operate and finding out what each client wants across several chats takes time that should go to design.

Without minisitee

  • Portfolio sent as PDFs and loose photos, one chat at a time
  • Project stages explained from scratch to every contact
  • Property details gathered in scattered messages
  • Meetings arranged through endless back-and-forth on times

With minisitee

  • A project gallery always at hand, at the same link
  • Services and project stages explained on the page
  • A request form with property type, size and city
  • Clients pick a free time and request the meeting

Guide

How to build an architect's mini site: from the first photo to the project request

Nobody hires an architect for a pretty portfolio alone: they want to know you understand their kind of project and what the path to delivery looks like. Organize your mini site in that order.

Photos that prove your kind of work

Pick 6 to 10 images for the Gallery, and favor ones showing the finished space lived in, not only the perfect angle. A short caption helps: "750 sq ft apartment, kitchen open to the living room". If you do renovations, residential and commercial work, group them with Headings so clients quickly find what resembles their own case. Don't include everything you've ever designed: a lean portfolio inspires more confidence than a huge folder.

Services described the way clients understand them

Create a Product or Service card for each line: "Interior design", "Apartment renovation", "Construction follow-up". Say what each includes, such as floor plans, 3D renders or visits to the property, and leave the price out if it depends on square footage. The average client doesn't know the difference between a project and a consultation; one explanatory sentence per card saves half an hour of conversation.

Explain the stages and ask for the essentials in the Form

Use Text or Highlights to show the path: first conversation, preliminary study, detailed design, construction supervision. Then add the Form, with up to 20 questions: type of property, city, size, whether floor plans exist, desired timeline, investment range. Answers arrive in Configure. For people who prefer to talk, the WhatsApp button sits right below, and the Schedule tool can reserve a first meeting or a visit to the property.

Details that build trust

Add your office Address with a map if you receive people in person, plus your Hours. A short video introducing yourself or a project, using the Video tool, connects more than any paragraph. If you have Google reviews, the Review tool displays them without you copying anything.

Best practices

Best practices for an architect mini site

An architecture project is a long sale made of stages, deliverables and client decisions.

Speak the way clients search, prove it the technical way

Clients search 'apartment renovation', 'house plan', 'interior design'.

  • Interior design · note: 'apartments from 430 sq ft'
  • Apartment renovation · study, construction drawings and details
  • New home design · note: 'plot and local regulations'
  • 1-hour consultation · starting at, for one-off questions
  • Construction follow-up · note: weekly visits

Show the stages and what is delivered in each

The question that stalls decisions is 'what do I get and when'. Use the List tool with numbers for the stages and put the deliverable in each entry's detail.

Professional liability, in general terms

Designs and works usually require a record of professional responsibility filed with the profession's regulatory body. Do not quote other people's registration numbers or promise municipal approval.

Portfolio photos with technical captions

Each project becomes a Product or Service entry with up to 20 photos, in this order: facade or overall view, main room, joinery and material details and, if you have it, the plan or the before. In the description, give typology, area in square meters, neighborhood, year and your role (design, execution, interiors).

Project request Form

A project quote needs minimum information.

  • Property type: single choice (apartment, house, commercial, plot)
  • Do you own it? Yes, buying, still looking
  • Approximate area in sq m (number)
  • City and neighborhood (short text)
  • What you need: multiple choice (interiors, renovation, new design, follow-up)
  • Desired start date (date)
  • Works budget range (single choice)

Booking for property visits and meetings

Separate two kinds of conversation. The first meeting by video or phone fits a 45-minute Booking calendar, a minimum notice of 24 hours and 30 days ahead.

Order, bio and how to measure

For the first 3 tools on the free plan, put the Gallery or your best Product or Service project, the WhatsApp button and the Form. Then the stages List, FAQ and Address with map if you have an office.

Your portfolio can have a mini site today

Build your gallery, explain your stages and get the project request before the first meeting even happens.

FAQ

Questions from architects

Can I show my portfolio on the website?

Yes. With the Gallery tool you put photos of your projects in a grid, and with Product or Service cards you present each type of work.

Can clients book a meeting on their own?

Yes. With the Booking calendar tool, they pick a day and a free slot and request the meeting. You confirm in Configure.

Can I receive project requests through the website?

Yes. With the Form you create up to 20 questions, like property type, size and city, and the answers arrive in Configure.

Do I have to put prices on my services?

No. The price on a card is optional. You can leave just the description and discuss the fee in conversation.

Can I explain the stages of my work?

Yes. Use a numbered List or Highlights to show each stage, from the first conversation to delivery.

What should I ask in the form before talking about a quote?
