How clients book an appointment

You set your working days, how long each slot lasts and how much notice you need for requests.

    From your Instagram bio or the salon's WhatsApp, and see your services with prices.

    Only free slots are shown. They fill in name, email and WhatsApp and request the booking.

    You confirm in your dashboard

    Each request has Confirm, Cancel and WhatsApp buttons, with the message already written.

FAQ

Questions from beauty salon owners

Can clients book through the website?

Yes. With the Booking calendar tool, they pick a day and a free slot and request the booking. You confirm in your dashboard, and the requested slot disappears for other clients.

How long can each slot be?

15, 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. You also choose how many days ahead you accept requests and the minimum notice.

Can clients reschedule or cancel on their own?

Yes. Through the My bookings link, they enter their email, get a code and reschedule or cancel, within the minimum notice you set.

I have more than one stylist. Can each have their own calendar?

For now, each minisitee has one calendar. For separate calendars, each professional can have their own minisitee, with their own link.

Can I show “from” prices?

Yes. Each service has a price note, such as “from”, and if the price depends on an assessment, leave it blank so “Price on request” is shown.

Do I need to buy a domain?

No. Your address is minisitee.com/yoursalon and it works as soon as you create your account.
