Mini site for promotions and grand openings
A featured offer, how to join, rules, product cards, address, hours and WhatsApp at minisitee.com/yourname. You set it up yourself, from your phone, and change it when the promotion ends.
Day to day
During a promotion, every customer asks what's included, until when and where you are. A temporary page answers it all at once and leads straight to your WhatsApp.

This is how the finished mini site looks, top to bottom. Next to each part, the tool you use to create it.

Cards with a photo and description for each product or service in the offer.
Simple steps and a WhatsApp button so people can claim theirs.
Deadline, limited quantity and how to redeem, clearly written.
Where your shop or the opening event is.
The days and hours of the opening and the promotion.
Name, WhatsApp and which offer; the answers arrive in Configure.
Until when it's valid, payment, pickup or delivery.
How it works
minisitee does not process payments: you arrange payment directly with the customer, by bank transfer or payment link for example, and take the page down when the promotion ends.
From a story, WhatsApp or a poster with a QR code, and see the featured offer.
They read the deadline and conditions and see the promotion's products.
They message you on WhatsApp or fill in the form, and you confirm the order and arrange payment and pickup.
Guide
A promotion lives on a date and on clarity. Your mini site should say in seconds what it is, when it ends and where to go.
Put a short headline at the top with the offer, such as "Grand opening: 20% off everything until Sunday", and right below it the Countdown with the closing day and hour. The countdown creates urgency without you having to write "hurry". Avoid numbers you will not honor: if the discount applies only to the first customers, state the real limit in the text instead of leaving it vague.
Use the Product or Service tool for the three or four most appealing things in the promotion, each with a photo, one line of description and the price if you want to show it. Do not try to list the whole shop: people arriving from an ad or a story want to see what they get, not the catalog. A Gallery with photos of the new space helps the opening feel real.
Place the Address with map and the Hours right after the cards, and add the WhatsApp button with a ready message, for example "Hi, I saw the promotion and I would like to reserve". Remember that minisitee does not take payments: the purchase happens in your shop or in the conversation with the customer. Say so plainly, without promising automatic reservations.
Use Frequently asked questions for the doubts that always come up: whether it combines with other discounts, whether there is a limit per person, whether the offer is in-store only. Then download the mini site's QR code and put it on the door sign and the counter. When the promotion ends, change the texts in Configure instead of leaving an expired offer online.
Best practices
Promotions and grand openings have a start, a middle and an end on the calendar, and the mini site has to follow that cycle: go live before, work during, and be taken down after.
Treat the mini site as a campaign with three phases.
Someone tapping a link from a story decides within seconds.
The Countdown tool works with a date and a time. Set the end to the store's closing time, for example Sunday 6 pm, not midnight: a visitor who opens the link at 9 pm Sunday and sees "3 hours left" feels cheated.
Use Product or Service only for what is on promotion, in 3 or 4 cards.
When the offer needs a reservation, a Form avoids loose WhatsApp threads. minisitee does not process payment and the form does not accept file attachments; it only collects the request, which arrives in Configure.
A hidden rule becomes a fight at the counter.
For an opening, add a numbered List with the schedule ("10 am doors open, 11 am tasting, 3 pm gift draw") and promise only gifts that exist. Address with map and Hours come before any long text, because visitors want to know how to get there.
In Configure, count form responses by chosen offer and compare with counter sales; that shows which card attracted more, without guessing. In the following days, adjust the tool order if the least-seen offer is buried. minisitee does not send mass emails: to notify people who reserved, use WhatsApp.

Yes. You edit the text when the offer changes or ends, and write the deadline in the rules.
Yes. They message you with the WhatsApp button or fill in the Form, with up to 20 questions, and the answers arrive in Configure.
Yes. The Product or Service tool creates cards with a photo, a description and an optional price.
Yes. The Address tool shows the map and the Hours tool lists your days and times.
No. You arrange payment with the customer your own way, by bank transfer or payment link for example, and minisitee only promotes the offer.
Go to Configure and change the headline and texts for the next announcement, or remove the offer tools. That way nobody scans the QR code on the poster and finds an expired promotion.
