Cookie policy

The honest list: this page and the app screens (sign-up, login and dashboard) measure their audience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, use the Meta Pixel to measure ads, and login uses only what is needed to keep you logged in.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember something from one page to the next — for example, that you have already logged in to your account. Here we also use the term for equivalent technologies, such as the browser's local storage.

2. Which cookies we use

This presentation page (minisitee.com) uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to count visits and understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our ads on Instagram and Facebook. On your first visit, a notice informs you of this; when you close it, the only thing recorded is that you have already seen it. The app (app.minisitee.com) uses the same two tools, with the same measurement code, on the entry screens (sign-up, login and password reset), when creating the minisitee and in the dashboard. That is why the cookies below are also set there, and a visit that starts here continues as the same visit in the app. The public pages of customers' minisitees are not measured.

CookiePurposeDuration
minisitee-cookies Stores in the browser's local storage that you have already seen the cookie notice, so that it is not shown again on every page. Until you clear your browser data
_ga Google Analytics: distinguishes one visitor from another to count unique visits. 2 years
_ga_VLZJL3N327 Google Analytics: keeps the state of the visit in progress. 2 years
_clck Microsoft Clarity: recognizes the same visitor across different visits. 1 year
_clsk Microsoft Clarity: groups the pages viewed within the same visit. 1 day
_fbp Meta Pixel: identifies the browser to measure the results of ads on Instagram and Facebook. 3 months

When you log in to the dashboard, at app.minisitee.com, the cookies below are also set, all strictly necessary for login and the screen language to work:

CookiePurposeDuration
sb-…-auth-token Keeps you logged in to your account across the dashboard pages. Without it, you would have to type your password on every click. Until you log out
sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier Protects the login and password reset process against interception. A few minutes
minisitee-idioma Stores the language of the entry screens (Portuguese, English or Spanish), taken from the button on the presentation page or from your browser's language, so that the app opens in the right language. 7 days

The dashboard cookies are strictly necessary and do not require prior consent, because without them the service you requested does not work. The Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies serve only to measure the audience of this site and of the app and do not interfere with your browsing.

3. What we do not use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies other than the Meta Pixel, described below. We do not install the TikTok pixel or that of any other network. We do not build behavioral profiles of your visitors and we do not sell browsing data.

Google Analytics is configured with advertising features turned off: the data serves only to count visits and understand how the site is used, never for ads or personalization.

Microsoft Clarity shows how people use this page and the app — where they click, how far they scroll — so that we can improve the product. Typed text on the presentation page is masked and passwords in the app are always hidden, and none of this is used for ads.

4. Third-party cookies

Stripe. When you click to subscribe to a plan, you are taken to Stripe's payment environment, which uses its own cookies (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) to prevent fraud. They are created on Stripe's domain and governed by its policy.

Google Analytics. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_VLZJL3N327 cookies and receives data about your browsing on this site and in the app — pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type and approximate location — to generate audience reports, handled in accordance with Google's policy. It also records two events: the click on buttons that lead to sign-up (click_criar_site) and the creation of an account (sign_up), so that we know how many visits turn into sign-ups.

Microsoft Clarity. Microsoft Clarity sets the _clck and _clsk cookies and records how you interact with this site and with the app — clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, pages viewed and device type — to generate heatmaps and session recordings. On the presentation page, typed text is masked; in the app, the recording may show the content of the screens, such as registered and typed data, and passwords are always hidden. The data is handled in accordance with Microsoft's policy.

Meta (Instagram and Facebook). The Meta Pixel sets the _fbp cookie and sends Meta data about your visit — pages viewed, the click on buttons that lead to sign-up and the creation of an account, plus browser and device information — to measure the results of our ads and improve how they are delivered. What you type in forms is not sent. The data is handled in accordance with Meta's policy.

Google Fonts. This site's font comes from Google's servers. This does not create cookies, but Google receives your IP address to deliver the font file.

WhatsApp, Instagram, maps and external links. When you tap these buttons you leave minisitee, and the policies of each service apply.

5. How to control them in your browser

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings — usually under "Privacy and security". Just keep one detail in mind: if you block the necessary cookies, logging in to the dashboard stops working, because the browser forgets that you logged in. Browsing this presentation page continues to work normally.

If you prefer not to be counted, block this site's cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

6. If this changes

If we start using another measurement tool or any new non-essential cookie, this policy will be updated before the change.
