Terms of use

The rules for anyone who uses minisitee to publish their catalog — in plain language, with no hidden fine print.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of minisitee, a service provided by PMTurbo Tecnologia Ltda, registered under CNPJ 54.008.386/0001-07 ("minisitee", "we", "us"). By creating an account, publishing a page or using the service in any way, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any point, do not use the service. If you use minisitee on behalf of a company, you declare that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

2. What minisitee is (and what it is not)

minisitee is a tool that lets you create a public page at minisitee.com/youraddress with your products, contact details, opening hours, address and links, to be shared on social media.

minisitee is not a marketplace, is not a payment intermediary and does not take part in your sales. We do not process your customer's payment, we do not issue tax documents for your sale, we do not hold the products and we do not intermediate deliveries. The negotiation takes place directly between you and your customer, through the channels you choose — usually WhatsApp.

The product's trade name and promotional phrases are advertising language: we do not guarantee sales volume, number of visits, social media reach or any commercial result.

3. Your account

To use minisitee you create an account with an e-mail address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens in your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

You declare that you are at least 18 years old, or that you use the service with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian. The information you provide must be true and up to date.

4. Your address on the platform

The address you choose (minisitee.com/youraddress) is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, for as long as your account is active. It is a license to use, not property, and it cannot be sold or transferred to third parties without our consent.

We may refuse, change or reclaim an address that reproduces a third party's trademark, impersonates another person or institution, is intended for speculative resale, or is offensive or misleading.

5. The content you publish

Texts, photos, prices, files and other materials you publish remain yours. You grant us only the license necessary to host, store, resize and display that content on your public page and in sharing previews (for example, the thumbnail that appears when you paste the link into WhatsApp), for as long as the content is published.

You declare that you hold the rights to what you publish, including authorization to use the image of people portrayed in the photos, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information — in particular prices, availability, lead times and characteristics of the products and services advertised.

6. What is not allowed

It is forbidden to use minisitee for: (a) illegal activity or advertising products whose sale is prohibited or controlled, such as drugs, weapons, ammunition, prescription medicines, wild animals and documents; (b) sexually explicit content or escort services; (c) content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination; (d) scams, pyramid schemes, false promises of income or charging for a product that does not exist; (e) material that infringes third parties' copyright, trademarks or image rights; (f) counterfeits, replicas or brand imitations; (g) improper collection of visitor data or sending spam; (h) attempts to overload, break into, mass-copy or reverse engineer the service.

It is also forbidden to use the platform to impersonate another person, company or public body.

7. Sales, payments and liability

Since minisitee does not take part in the transaction, the consumer relationship is between you and your customer. It is up to you to comply with the legislation applicable to your business, including the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code), tax obligations, health regulations, your buyer's right of withdrawal, exchanges, warranties and deliveries.

Buyers' complaints about products, lead times or service must be resolved directly with you. We may, however, remove content or suspend accounts when there is consistent evidence of fraud or of a breach of these terms.

8. Plans, billing and cancellation

Every new account is free forever, with no credit card required and no expiration date. You can add as many tools as you like, and the free plan shows the first 3 on the page. On the free plan, the page shows the minisitee badge in the footer.

To show all your tools and have the option to remove the minisitee badge from the footer, there is the Annual Pro plan, at US$ 59 per year (R$ 297,00 per year for accounts in Brazilian reais). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, using the same payment method, unless canceled beforehand.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number. You cancel by yourself, at any time, through the dashboard — with no penalty and without having to talk to anyone. When you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the period already paid, and then the account returns to the free plan: the page stays online showing the first 3 tools, and nothing is deleted because of the cancellation.

Under art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, you may withdraw from the contract within 7 days of the purchase, with a full refund. Just ask at [email protected].

Prices may change. Changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance and apply only to subsequent renewals.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that create legal or security risk, or by legal requirement — whenever possible with prior notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

Once the account is closed, the public page goes offline. Data is kept for the period described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the service online, but it is provided "as is". There may be downtime due to maintenance, failures of infrastructure providers or events beyond our control. Features may be added, changed or discontinued; relevant changes that reduce paid features will be communicated in advance.

We recommend that you keep your own copy of the photos and texts you publish.

11. minisitee's intellectual property

The minisitee brand, logo, software, page design and documentation belong to minisitee. These terms do not transfer any of these rights to you — they only grant a personal, limited and revocable license to use the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, minisitee is not liable for lost profits, loss of sales opportunities, indirect damages, or for acts of visitors or customers of your page. Our total liability, in any event, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the event.

Nothing herein excludes rights that the law guarantees to consumers on a non-waivable basis.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top always indicates the version in force. Relevant changes are announced by e-mail or within the dashboard at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means accepting the new version.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are chosen to settle disputes, as provided by the applicable legislation.
