FAQ

Questions from bakery owners

Can I show the price of each cake and treat?

Yes. Each product has a photo, category and price. If the price depends on the order, leave it blank and “Price on request” is shown.

How do I receive orders?

With the Form tool you create the questions, such as date, flavor and quantity, and the answers arrive in your dashboard. Customers can also message you directly on WhatsApp.

Can I add my menu as a PDF?

Yes. The File download tool accepts files up to 20 MB, and customers open or download it with one tap.

Do customers pay through the website?

No. minisitee shows your menu and takes the conversation to WhatsApp, where you arrange payment, pickup and delivery your way.

Can I promote a special date?

Yes. The Countdown shows how much time is left, for example, until Easter orders close.

Do I need to buy a domain?

No. Your address is minisitee.com/yourbakery and it works as soon as you create your account.
