  • Brands asking for information in several chats
  • Video and behind-the-scenes lost in the feed

With minisitee

Guide

How to build a content creator's mini site: the link in bio that brands actually read

Your link in bio is seen by two audiences: followers who want your content and brands deciding whether a partnership is worth it. The mini site has to serve both without turning into a messy list.

First, what your follower came for

People who tap your bio want the video you mentioned, the discount code, the product you use or your latest post. Use the Link tool for these highlights and keep them few, three to five, swapping them as the week changes. Name them clearly: "Recipe from today's video", "Gear list". Put Social links and one Video of yours right after, so a visitor gets your style in seconds.

Then, the space for brands

Brands want numbers and formats, not adjectives. In a Text block, write who your audience is and which kinds of campaigns you do: "product reels, video reviews, stories with link". Offer your media kit as a PDF download, up to 20 MB, and remember to update it when your numbers change. Use Product or Service cards for your sponsored formats, leaving out prices if they vary by campaign.

Ask for the proposal through the Form

Instead of receiving scattered proposals in your DMs, create a Form with up to 20 questions: brand name, product, type of campaign, deadline, budget, contact. Answers arrive in Configure and you can compare everything at once. A clear note such as "Proposals that don't come through the form may take longer to be seen" helps keep things organized.

Habits that avoid clutter

Don't paste every link you've ever had: a crowded mini site loses clicks. Use the Countdown when a launch or live stream is scheduled, and the QR code if you appear in videos or events and want to send people straight to your mini site.

Best practices

Best practices for a content creator mini site

A creator's bio link serves two audiences in a hurry: the follower who wants the link you mentioned and the brand deciding in seconds whether a proposal is worth it.

Separate the follower path from the brand path

Followers want a coupon, a recipe, a product list or the video link. Brands want formats, audience and a business contact.

A media kit with no invented numbers

The media kit is the summary of who you are for a brand.

  • Profile: niche, language, city, tone of voice
  • Formats: reels, story sequence, long video, pinned post, review
  • Audience: platform dashboard data, with the date
  • Cases: brand, format and period, with permission
  • Business contact and typical reply time

Sponsored formats as tools

Brands think in formats, not in 'partnerships'.

  • Dedicated reel (one video, 1 revision round)
  • Story sequence (3 to 5 frames, with link)
  • Long-form video review (mention or dedicated)
  • Monthly package (combined formats)
  • Event coverage (in person)

Brand proposal Form

Getting 'hey, let's close this?' in your DMs costs hours.

  • Brand and product (short text)
  • Email and WhatsApp (required)
  • Goal: single choice (launch, sales, awareness)
  • Format wanted: multiple choice
  • Campaign period (date)
  • Available budget: single choice
  • Brief link (long text)

Advertising and disclosure care

Sponsored content generally requires a clear label that it is advertising, and platforms have their own tools for it. On the mini site, make it visible when a link is an affiliate or partnership link, with a short Text tool before the product list.

Follower tools: live links

Use Link for each current video or coupon, Video with YouTube or Instagram for your anchor content, and Countdown for launches, lives and coupon deadlines. For a list of products you use, prefer Product or Service with a photo and one sentence on why you use it, rather than dozens of buttons.

Bio, metrics and a review routine

Bio up to 160 characters: niche, frequency and brand channel. Example: 'Meal-prep recipes · videos 3 times a week · partnerships: use the form below'.
