Day to day
Showing what you make and noting each customer's delivery date and card message takes time that should go into building arrangements.

Guide
People buying flowers nearly always have a date, a recipient and a budget in mind. Your mini site should make those three easy to share.
Each bouquet or arrangement becomes a Product or Service card with a photo of the whole piece, a name ("Red rose bouquet", "Breakfast basket with flowers") and the price. Flowers change with the season, so write "from" and note that stems may vary while the style stays. That prevents complaints and gives you room to work.
For Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and similar dates, use the Countdown and a Highlight stating the last day you take orders and which delivery windows exist. Someone reading that in advance will not call at the last minute asking if there is still time.
The Form takes up to 20 questions, and a florist needs about eight: chosen arrangement, delivery date and time, address, recipient's name, recipient's phone, card message, and whether a flower can be swapped. Answers arrive in Configure. Payment is agreed between you and the customer, outside the mini site.
For weddings, birthdays and church decoration, keep a Gallery of events only and ask for the date, venue and budget range through the Form or WhatsApp. Show the arrangement set up in the venue, not only flowers on a workbench. Round it off with Address, Hours and Social links.
Best practices
Flowers are perishable, seasonal and almost always bought for a date and a recipient.
Group what you sell by the occasion the buyer has in mind: birthday, love, new baby, sympathy, thank you.
A wrong address or wrong time is a florist's worst mistake.
Demand concentrates around Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Christmas, and the order deadline tightens with it.
Wedding, church and party decoration does not fit a priced card.
Flowers photographed in morning light, near a window and without flash, keep their real color.
The most repeated question after delivery is how to make flowers last.
The free plan shows the first 3 tools: put the cards, the Form and WhatsApp. Then an events Gallery, Address with map and Hours.

Add your bouquets and arrangements, upload your photos and get orders that already come with a delivery date.
