Guide

How a house cleaner's mini site earns trust from someone about to open their front door

Hiring someone to enter your home is a trust decision. Your mini site can show who you are, what you do and how each visit is arranged, without a long chat.

Introduce yourself as a person

Start with a short, true bio, for example: "I have worked in home cleaning for years, I serve flats and houses in the south side, and I bring my own products if you prefer". A photo of you smiling in your uniform is worth more than any text. People who trust the person hire faster.

Explain what each cleaning includes

Use Product or Service cards for standard cleaning, deep cleaning, post-renovation and ironing. Describe what is included: bathrooms, kitchen, windows, skirting boards, inside the fridge. The biggest source of friction is client and cleaner imagining different things. Writing it down prevents that before the first visit.

Visit or quote arranged without back and forth

With the Schedule, the customer picks a free slot for you to see the home or do the cleaning, and you confirm in Configure. If you prefer to price first, use a Form asking floor area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether there are pets and how often they want you.

Show the result and the rules

In the Gallery, add before and after photos of kitchens, bathrooms and windows. In the FAQ, answer what clients worry about: whether you bring products, whether you warn when running late, what you do not do, how a weekly regular day works. Clear rules make for a calmer relationship.

Best practices

Best practices for a house cleaner mini site

Someone hiring a house cleaner is opening the front door to a person they barely know, so the mini site builds trust first and the quote second.

Introduction, photo and what not to show

Use a profile photo with a visible face and work clothes, plus your name and city. Write the bio truthfully and within 160 characters, for example: “House cleaner on the south side.

Cleaning names customers understand

The same work has several names: cleaning, deep clean, full day.

  • Standard cleaning (regular upkeep): dusting, floors, bathrooms, kitchen
  • Deep cleaning: also behind furniture, inside cabinets and the oven, grout
  • Post-renovation cleaning: fine dust, paint and cement splashes
  • Ironing: state the number of pieces per hour or per basket
  • Move-in or move-out: cleaning with the home empty

What is and is not included, as a list

Use the List tool with check marks for what the standard cleaning includes, and a second List for what is left out or charged separately.

  • Bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower, mirror, floor
  • Kitchen: countertops, stove exterior, sink, refrigerator outside or inside
  • Bedrooms and living room: vacuum or sweep, mop, dust
  • Not included: exterior windows at height, high chandeliers, whole walls

Size, frequency and duration in the Form

Square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets and frequency decide how long the work takes.

  • Approximate size: number
  • Bedrooms and bathrooms: two number fields
  • Pets: single choice (none, dogs, cats, other)
  • Frequency: single choice (one time, weekly, every two weeks, monthly)
  • Type: multiple choice (standard, deep, post-renovation, ironing)

Supplies, equipment and access to the home

Make clear who brings what: do you bring supplies and equipment, or does the customer provide the basics (vacuum, mop, bucket)? If the customer has allergies, a baby or pets, say you can use your own low-odor products, if that is true.

Agenda only for the visit or assessment

The Agenda supports slots of up to 2 hours, so it is not for an 8 hour cleaning day. Use it for the assessment visit, with 45 minute slots, a minimum notice of 24 hours, 14 days ahead, Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Tool order, proof and measuring

The free plan shows the first 3 tools: start with your services, the Form and the WhatsApp Button, and leave the Agenda, FAQ and Google Review button for Pro. Use the Gallery only with permission: a before and after of a kitchen, with no personal belongings.

Your work can have a mini site today

Add your services, open the visit calendar and get quote requests that already include the size of the home.

FAQ

Questions from house cleaners

Can customers book a visit on their own?

Yes. With the Booking calendar tool, they pick a day and a free slot and request the visit. You confirm in Configure.

Can I serve clients who live far from each other?

Yes. Write in a Text tool or the FAQ the neighbourhoods and towns you cover, and whether you charge for travel. People outside your area know before requesting a visit.

Can I receive quote requests?

Yes. With the Form you create up to 20 questions, such as neighborhood, home size and frequency, and the answers arrive in Configure.

Can I explain what a cleaning includes?

Yes. Use a List for what you do and a Text for what is left out or agreed separately.

Can I show photos of my work?

Yes. The Gallery holds the photos, and each service has its own card with a photo and description.

What do I answer when a customer asks if I bring the cleaning products?

Answer it in the FAQ. Say whether you bring them, whether it costs extra and whether you accept the client's own. It is one of the first questions from new clients and settling it early saves back and forth.
