Mini site for fundraising campaigns
Tell your story calmly, show where the money goes, share your fundraising link and post updates at minisitee.com/yourname. You set it up yourself, from your phone.
Day to day
Whoever organizes a campaign spends the day telling the same story and answering the same questions. One page with everything helps donors trust the campaign and share it.

Suggested structure
This is how the finished mini site looks, top to bottom. Next to each part, the tool you use to create it.

Appear when you fill them in: Link, Social networks, File download.
Tools
You add only what you use. Each tool can be added, removed or moved with a tap.
Paste your online fundraiser or payment link. Or explain how to give by bank transfer, with only the details you want to share.
Tell what happened and who needs help, and show images in the gallery.
A clear list of what each part of the funds is for.
A button with a ready-made message for anyone who wants to spread the word.
Instagram or another network where you post news.
Receipts and reports as PDFs to download, up to 20 MB.
Anyone who wants to donate something other than money, spread the word or ask a question writes in; answers arrive in Configure.
How do I know it's real, can I give any amount, how do I follow along.
How it works
minisitee does not process payments: you add your fundraising link or the details you want to share, and the money goes straight to you.
From WhatsApp or social media, and read the story, see the photos and learn where the money goes.
Through your fundraising link, by bank transfer or payment link, or just by sharing the campaign.
You update the page and show your accountability. Anyone who wants to reach you uses the form.
Guide
Whoever gets the link on WhatsApp has a few seconds to understand the request and decide whether to trust it. Write the mini site for that person, not for a bureaucratic form.
Open with the story in three sentences: who needs help, what happened and what the money is for. "Lucia lost her home in the flood and needs $2,500 to rebuild" beats a long text about the situation. Put a real photo of the person or the problem right above, and keep the goal and the reason visible without scrolling.
Doubt is what sinks most fundraisers. Use the Gallery for before and after photos, and the File download tool for quotes, medical reports or receipts that back up the cost. Also say who is organizing and how to reach them, with a WhatsApp or call button.
minisitee does not receive the money: paste your fundraiser address into the Link tool, or your bank details and account holder name into the List. Add the QR code for people who see a printed flyer. And ask plainly: "if you can't give, send this link to two people".
Donors want to know what happened with their help. Update the Text with the amount reached so far and a thank-you line, and swap a Gallery photo when there is progress. If the fundraiser has an end date, use the Countdown. When it closes, publish the result and say what the money was used for: it protects your reputation and that of the people who helped.
Best practices
A fundraiser lives on a link passed around on WhatsApp: whoever receives it has a few seconds to understand the request and decide whether to trust it.
“Fundraiser” is what people say and search; “campaign” sounds more formal and fits collective causes; “crowdfunding” and “drive” show up on platforms.
On the free plan only the first 3 tools show, and in a fundraiser they must be the story, the give button and the organizer's contact. Put a Title with the cause first, then the Link to the fundraiser or a Text with the transfer details, then the WhatsApp button.
minisitee does not process payments or send mass e-mails.
Distrust is the biggest obstacle.
Before opening, have the text, photos, account and two quotes ready.
If you publish a goal, say how it was calculated and what happens if the total ends up higher or lower (where does any surplus go?).
People who cannot give can spread the word.
Do not use photos of minors without a guardian's permission, nor expose suffering beyond what is needed. Do not publish full ID numbers, the home address or whole medical reports.
