From an ad, Instagram or WhatsApp, and see the gallery, floor plans and highlights.
Only free slots are shown. They fill in name, email and WhatsApp and request the visit.
And their interest form arrives with it, so you can follow up.
Guide
There is one single product here and plenty of questions around it. The mini site should answer the common ones and lead the visitor to leave a contact or book the model unit.
Before talking finishes, the prospect wants the location and a look at the building. Start with the Gallery, using renders or photos of the facade and surroundings, then the Address with map. In Highlights, sum up in cards what really sets it apart: close to the subway, green areas, compact floor plans. Skip empty adjectives like "sophisticated": prefer "5 minutes on foot from the park", as long as it is true.
Each unit type becomes a Product or service card: "2-bedroom apartment, 58 m2" with the floor plan image and, in the description, bedrooms, suites and parking. People comparing plans want to see them side by side, so keep the same text pattern in all of them. The price is optional; if the price table changes often, leave it out and invite visitors to register. Check with the developer what may be disclosed.
Not everyone is ready to go to the sales stand. Offer the Form, "I want to receive information", with name, phone and the unit size they want, for those still researching. And keep the Schedule for the model unit, for those who already want a closer look: they pick a time and you confirm it in Configure. Two paths stop either group from being ignored.
Buyers off the plan fear going without news. Use Text and Gallery for a progress block: a recent photo and two lines about the current stage, with the update date. Updating now and then beats a long text that grows old. If the work slips, say so honestly and give the new forecast the builder provides; silence scares people more.
Best practices
In a pre-construction sale the buyer purchases something that does not exist yet, so every piece of information must be verifiable and every image must say what it is.
Buyers say “off-plan apartment” and “payment plan”; official material speaks of the specification, unit types and floor plans. Use the buyer's term in the title (“2 and 3-bedroom apartments”) and the technical one in the description (“type B, 2 bedrooms, 1 en-suite”).
On the free plan only the first 3 tools show; Pro shows all.
Each floor plan becomes a Product or Service card, with up to 20 photos: the plan rendering, the furnished plan and the model-unit photo, if any.
A rendering is a drawing, not a photo: the illustrative-images notice must be clear and visible, and the furniture and landscaping shown must appear in the specification or be labeled as a suggestion. For construction progress, show real photos with the date in the caption and name the stage (foundation, structure, masonry, finishing), without promising a delivery date that is not in the contract.
Not everyone is ready to visit the sales office.
The most repeated questions are financing, delivery, condo fees and what changes between rendering and reality. Answer with “in general” and send the rule back to the contract and the agent: approval depends on the bank and each person's analysis, and condo fees are an estimate until the building is operating.
Ask only what you need for the first contact: name, WhatsApp and the floor plan profile. The form takes no attachments, so do not request documents there.
Before launch, keep only Title, WhatsApp and Form, plus a Countdown to the launch event. During construction, feature progress.
